As I write these lines, we are in chapter 1096. In the middle of an incredible flashback in which the rocks pirates are revealed before our very eyes! We’ve been waiting to discover them for so long, I wasn’t disappointed (and I think the same goes for you).
Egghead arc started chapter 1058.
The last arcs, starting with whole cake island was around 80 chapters and wano was around 150 chapters.
Since I wrote the first paragraph, we are now chapter 1108 (+60 chapters since the start) and I have the feeling we are really close to the end of this arc. Luffy is fighting Saturn and Kizaru to give his crew time to prepare the escape.

If I have to give my prediction for the end of the egghead arc, I’d put it at mid-year maximum (June).
Around 10 chapters to close this arc.
Mathematically, we would be on chapter 1118 so let’s predict an end for chapter 1120.

It’s March 2024, and there’s a 16-month gap between manga publication and the appearance of a TV episode.
Assuming that the egghead arc will be completed in June, the last episode of this arc will be broadcast on TV in December 2025/January 2026.
